1972 Triumph TR6

1972 Triumph TR6

One of the coolest, most unique 1972    5 SPEED Manual transmission TR6s you’ll ever see!  This beautiful, one of a kind TR6 has a nicely documented history starting with it rust free body and chassis, completely rebuilt and documented engine with various improvements made including rebuilding the carburetors, adding a custom Stainless exhaust system, PerTronics electronic ignition, an electric fuel pump, an auxiliary electric pusher cooling fan and much more.

Owned by a long term Triumph enthusiast and club member, the car had a constant history of being improved to be one of the best 72 TR6s around. The car was lowered roughly 1 inch by adding new springs all the way around. A tube shock conversion for the rear shocks (which are now SPAX gas adjustables) was added while New rear  differential mounts, universal joints, an oversize front sway bar and bushings, and new front shocks were added as well. The car was completely professionally rewired with an  Advance Auto harness and electrical system while changing out all of the instruments and creating a unique Dash facia. The car is fitted with a custom steering wheel, custom bucket seats, which are in excellent condition but also come with a brand new set of vinyl covers (should the next owner decide to install them). The seats have the speakers built into the headrests and hooked up to the Alpine AM/FM CD system that was professionally installed in the dash.   Other recent services and additions include chrome thresholds, new brake booster, new clutch master, emergency /back up hood release, front chin spoiler, airhorns, spin on oil filter conversion, new brake lines and calipers and more. The receipts are available back to 1997 and include fitting it with the new set of Yokohama 205/6515‘s that are on it now. Also included all the Tonneau cover, the boot cover and a full car cover. Please feel free to call me if you would like to discuss the car in detail, more pictures or videos.
